I have downloaded the source for a simple c program that I wish to use in my scientific research. Unfortunately, it simply will not build on my system (Mandrake 8.0), and I am not a coder so I have no idea why. The file is small (tar.Z) at ~700k. Could someone with a clue take a look at it and try to determine why it wont build and what must be done to make it build? It contains a simple build script called codonWinstall which guides you through a short series of questions.
