I would like to use rsync to upgrade my Mandrake 8.0 beta 3 to the released version of Mandrake 8.0. Unfortunately (for this purpose), somebody downloaded beta 3 and gave me CD-Roms. I think I need to convert the CD-Rom back to an iso to make rsync work. I think I need to use mksiofs to make the iso. Can anybody give me the exact command line to use or some hints on how to best use it -- rsync will work better if the iso copy I have matches the original as closely as possible.
