I'll bet it's the ssl problem..
look at the bottom of httpd.cong (/etc/httpd/conf)
and comment out the last two lines (both refer to ssl)
and restart the httpd (/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart)
let me know if that helps.
I'm trying to figure out what happened to php, so if you figure
