[expert] kde 2.1

I have kde 2.1 final installed. All seems fine with one exception.
How do I get Konquerors toolbar to show. When I check it to show it, 
I see where it is barely sticking down beneath the location toolbar.
It is only maybe a 1/16 showing though.
