I have the exact same problems with php4 for mysql. I can not get it to
work neither. Like jumping rope, I was trying to find an oppurtunity to
jump in and mention this exact same problem! Everyone is so into the
KDE2.1beta updates and everything that almost anything else has been
ignored. Like I posted help for getting plex86 to work on my dual booted
computer. Not a single reply. I was going to give it one more day before
I went off else where for help. I even registered to plex86's mailing
list! I'm waiting on answer from them as well, but I had posted that
message finally about a few hours ago. I have my fingers crossed.
