My name hendri and I am student of sepuluh november institut of
technology.
I am interested in aplication of soundcard as radio modem base on linux
My computer using linux mandrake 7.1 kernel 2.2.15mdk secure that have
connection to internet network through ethernet card and my soundcard has
no problem.
I want to make my linux as a server of radio internet package and the
clients using linux and windows operating system.
I want to ask you about:
1. how to configure modem soundcard for linux os for server and client?
2. what kind of utilities that needed (including signal diagnostik) and
where can i find it ?
3. Where can i find about documentation , articles and informations ?
4. Do i need to recompile kernel ?
5. Which one the better baycom modem or soundcard modem (considering
the quality and the price) ?
please do attachment me if thereis alot of info and file that i need.
