Using Kppp I am regularly in the net: but its a bit erratic. Sometimes it works fine, others it generally takes 3 tries - first, pppd died sudenly, time out while waiting for pppd, and mostly, third time llucky. If thats no goog, make sure you've given it the right username, its not the same as your email name (that you use with W9x). If your ISP can't give you this, and you've got W9x, you can get it from there - let me know if you need help with this. POP is a little more tricky, but the same applies, only here the relevant info goes into the Preferences in Netscape. I won't go into details now - try to get the ISP home page first, then you can surf and send e-mail. Do that first, then see to the bit that really matters.
