I don't know if you got my reply to your original request but hrer is the
answer again just in case.
Use the Advanced Extranet Server that comes packaged with LM 7.1.
Go to:
http://www.advancedextranet.com/  and read up on the server.
Then you can get the FrontPage RPM from here:
http://coruscant.netrevolution.com/pub/AES/frontpage/

I am successfully using FrontPage 2000 on LM 7.1 now...
