Well, this is a stupid and useless post perhaps, but I'm getting the same errors as well. Haven't really looked into it, but what seems to cure my problems is replacing "%configure" with "./configure" (of course, I loose the extra options that are contained in the "%configure" call). So my wild guess: we're missing some RPM which contains the definitions of all these scripts such as "%configure" or "%make". Or perhaps we don't miss them, but we just have to set something in some configfile other to make sure they're loaded. Well, just my fuzzy 2 cents.
