I wonder if anyone can help me or put me onto some good reference
material....
As a personal project I am trying to build a console-based email
program which will pull mail from an outside POP3 server...
Using some info I found in a POP3 RFC -- I can telnet my POP3
server on port 110 and get a list of messages and then
retrieve them to a telnet logfile easily...
What I cannot figure out is how to post process that telnet logfile
and split the messages up -- then send them to
/var/spool/mail/user to be read by pine or some other mail
app...with the proper permissions and so on...
Can anyone point me to a reference or sample source code that
might help??
