Which enlightenment rpm are you running? I have
enlightenment-0.16.3-2mdk and there's no "#include
<linux-mandrake.cfg>" in $EROOT's files or its config/ files. (I
haven't checked all the themes/ files.)
My button 2 works fine without any .cfg tweaking.
