You could always try "slash" - the engine that runs slashdot.org at
http://www.slashdot.org/code.shtml . Probably little to no support,
but at least you don't have to start from scratch. Requires MySQL,
apache and mod_perl as I recall. Might be too much work, but maybe
worth a look.
