[expert] Netscape 128bit encryption

Hello list,
 I have the need for a 128bit encrypted version of netscape. I was
informed by my bank that it is necessary to do my banking via the web. I
would appreciate any help or suggestions to point me to a encrypted
browser I can use under my Linux-Mandrake system.
