It isn't.
We're no longer redhat based the way 5.3 was (as in copying RH and adding
packages) - we've build our own versions, with additional patches, with RH
stuff merged back in (including stuff from 5.9.7 as well as 6.0).

You probably think we're redhat 5.9.7 based because you noticed the
redhat-release 5.9.7 rpm ini the current beta - it will be removed soon.
We've just copied some RH packages in the beta temporarily (until we finish
our own versions), they'll all be gone in the release).
