Tk/tcl 8.6.12 just dropped on Fedora Rawhide, and tosses a *lot*
of errors of the form:

can't read "state(tag)": no such variable
    while executing
"string compare $value $state(tag)"
    (procedure "TextUndoTagAddProc" line 10)
    invoked from within
"TextUndoTagAddProc state .msgframe.msg.t tagoff space 40.0"
(segment dumping command executed by text)

It seems to issue 2 errors (one for line 5 and one for line 10) for each
message header field you've specified in a " *m_tagnames:" in your
.exmh/exmh-defaults

Reverting back to 8.6.10 makes things work again. I haven't had a chance
to dig in too deeply as to what changed.
