I'm looking for solutions to send emails with oAuth authentication to Microsoft SMTP servers, because MS is about to shut down the basic auth.

Is oauth supported by exim anyhow?

Exim does not support OAuth but there is an OAuth proxy:

I've looked at OAuth with alpine and fetchmail but not Exim.
MS is generally easier than Google.

I don't imagine that Exim will ever support OAuth directly
- there is too much http involved.
