Yes, internal flow is the most obvious reason, for which IMO most/many
of "SHOULD NOT" exists. That is why i do not commented, if original poster
have nor haven't do it.

Of course, that is main reason of RFCs. But people often do not
read/understand RFCs and use various tutorials, often with questionable
quality.
