You mean something like the entire set of ACL and authenticator
facilities that Exim (already) has?
As far as I am aware native Exim cannot make an arbitrary HTTP/HTTPS
call to a Web Services based policy server - like Dovecot does?
The reason is to implement authentication based on username/password +
GEOIP along with logging of access attempts.
I guess I'll have to work something up in PERL as Heiko suggested...
