I don't think so as it seems no service is running there:
$ telnet fake01.ct-net.org 25
telnet: fake01.ct-net.org: no address associated with name
fake01.ct-net.org: Unknown host

However, there may be some problems with the greylisting on main
servers. Maybe the delays are not suitable for use with overloaded
servers such as sourceforge.
