Yes it is. Right there at the very top of the documentation for the 
redirect router: "The incoming address can be redirected in several 
different ways... It can be replaced by one or more new addresses which 
are themselves routed independently."

That tells you all you need to know. If you'd ever used alias files 
before, you'd know about this behaviour.

As also noted, you could have tested it yourself. It's quite 
straightforward; just run `exim -C testing.conf -bt`.
