Folks of this sort USUALLY have very strict - even totally contrarian - rules on email. Many run it over in 'in-house' nailed-up or Virtual Private Networks with very tight gateways to/from the outside. Send something in the same body format & type of attachments (if any) - dummy content or an empty file will do - from the server you are having trouble with to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] If there is a rejection it will be 'at once' and the message may give you a clue, ELSE I'll check my logs for you and try to advise what offends.
