Sorry we noticed that at the same time.

We have uncommented the alias, run 'exim -bi' to recompile the newalias
database and then 'exim -qff' to flush the queue

We are now seeing:

 2007-09-10 11:02:16 root@<server_hostname> <info@<delivery_domain>
R=localuser T=local_delivery defer (-29): User 0 set for local_delivery
transport  is on the fixed_never_users list
