Works closely with Delivery Leads, Architects, and cross-functional teams to accelerate and mature cloud adoption meeting key short, medium, and long-term objectives. *Responsibilities* · Innovate, design, and build reliable core security solutions for multi-cloud environments that enforce security policy through automation. · Create security standards compliant patterns & reference architectures for public, private, or hybrid cloud deployments · Review and propose ideas for improvement to the cloud security posture on existing and future cloud workloads. · Lead, develop and validate infrastructure as code for compliance with cloud guardrails and security policy · Provide end-to-end deep technical and architectural direction for cloud security including Data, governance, policies, guard rails, network Security, application security, and monitoring. · Support security, legal and audit teams in defining technical and regulatory requirements for security capabilities and data. · Work with key stakeholders and technical leaders to align a common vision and ensure security risks are understood and prioritized correctly · Work closely with the platform automation team, to ensure implementations meet security design specifications and requirements. · Facilitate the creation of cloud solution/security architectures, providing vision, problem anticipation, and problem-solving guidance to the organization. · Champion the Cloud Governance process to establish architectural standards. · Work closely with other Solution Architecture/Designers to ensure consistency and quality of solutions and knowledge sharing. · Leverages understanding of key technology and related trends, leading discussions about how new technologies apply and are to be incorporated into enterprise architecture and roadmaps. · Provides thought leadership in innovation and technology approaches, both within the organization and externally, in the industry. · Ensures technology roadmaps align with and support enterprise architecture. · Ensures architectural direction is properly aligned with business needs and priorities. · Serve as a key contributor to Architecture Community of Practice forum. · Leads creation of system and application architectures and provides vision, problem anticipation, and problem-solving ability to the organization. · Provides strategic guidance to solution architects, technical architects, and technical leads on projects · Partner with key business and technical leaders to build and maintain a solid understanding of the business strategies and priorities *Qualifications* · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience · 12+ years’ experience in full development life cycle and significant experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment. · Deep understanding of the architecture discipline, processes, concepts, and best practices · 5+ years’ experience in the implementation of structured design and architecture processes in a corporate environment. · 5+ Years of expert level experience in designing security in a variety of cloud solutions in a multi cloud environment mainly by using Azure and/or AWS. · 5+ years of experience in Hybrid & Cloud platform security covering the concepts like certificate management, key vaults, encryption standards, knowledge on regulatory Compliance standards, Code quality/scanning tools, compliance against OWASP, NVD. · 5+ years of experience in security involving IaaS, PaaS, SaaS & FaaS platforms. · 5+ Years of experience with specialization on ‘Sec’ part of DevSecOps automation. · 5+ Years of experience in Well architected Framework(s) covering both Azure & AWS. · 5+ years expert level experience in Identity and access management in Azure, AWS and on-prem IAM platforms like Microsoft AD, Oracle OIM is required. · 3+ Years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud and on-prem DevOps tool chain includes but not limited to Jenkins, Github, bitbucket, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Terraform. · Significant experience in security design & validation in both green and brown field applications in cloud and hybrid environments. · A clear understanding on shared responsibility model in the public cloud domain. · Significant experience in multi cloud landing zone operating model definition, Policy & governance establishment, charge back and show back model tagging design. · Significant experience in understanding the concepts of VMs/EC2, Subnets, vNets/VPCs, CIDR, Public and Private DNS concepts, various gateways, CDN, edge computing knowledge is expected. · A clear understanding on encryption, decryption, SSL/TLS, DNS, Key Vault, HSM etc. · Experience on the concepts & validation of various compliance standards PCI-DSS, SOX, ISO, GDPR , FedRAMP is required. · Exposure to cloud cost management tools, experience in evaluating on-demand versus reserved capacity benefits spanning from IaaS to cloud native services is required. · Exposure to APM tools like New Relic, Dynatrace and Cloud Integrations is a huge plus. · Any experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a huge plus. · Demonstrated proficiency in at least four of the following areas: business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, technical/infrastructure architecture, security disciplines, or operational disciplines · Extensive knowledge of architectural patterns, APIs, microservices and cloud architecture · Significant working experience architecting, engineering and operating cloud native solutions, establishing and leveraging Platform as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service capabilities. · Ability to integrate Enterprise Architecture processes with other planning and operational processes · Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of leadership · Strong communication skills for
