 *Job Description:*

Provide technical leadership and expertise on system design with modern
technologies
Initiate performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, etc.
Depth of experience with design concepts - layered architectures,
components, interfaces, messaging, and patterns, web application, database
design considerations.
Certification as a Cloud Architect from Azure.

*Roles and Responsibilities:*

Architect and Design Applications that run on Azure cloud by providing
technical expertise and guidance in cloud technologies.
Work with business units to champion the Azure services available and how
they can enable the business to run more efficiently in Azure.
Shepard migrations from on premise deployments to a public cloud
environment.
Work with a team of Architects and Engineers to develop approaches for
Azure cloud services.
Able to corral and coordinate significant volumes of information and
provide insights into both qualitative and quantitative data.
Provide outputs that can contribute to management of the live services.
Develops own ideas, or the ideas of others, making all the necessary
observations and tests and carrying them through to a full practical
demonstration, wherever viable and feasible.
Develops models and plans for the implementation of the strategy, taking
advantage of opportunities to improve business performance.
Proficient in core java and spring framework
Proficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL database
Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one
messaging middleware and the underlying design principles
A quick learner and capable to cope with stress
Able to collaborate with the remote team across different time zones
Proficient in spring cloud and microservice design
Working experience on backend system Performance tuning experience on JVM,
SQL, RPC, etc.

*Interpersonal skills required:*

Excellent communication skills as well and the ability to relay complex
technical issues to non technical staff in an engaging way.
Excellent interpersonal skills including facilitation, negotiation,
conflict management and the ability to inspire.
Excellent analytical and problem management skills.
Demonstrable communication skills in English Language.
Flexible approach to work, including occasional out of hours work.
Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan and
prioritise a varied workload.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
