Proficient in core java and spring framework Proficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL database Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles A quick learner and capable to cope with stress Able to collaborate with the remote team across different time zones Proficient in spring cloud and microservice design Working experience on backend system Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC, etc. *Interpersonal skills required:* Excellent communication skills as well and the ability to relay complex technical issues to non technical staff in an engaging way. Excellent interpersonal skills including facilitation, negotiation, conflict management and the ability to inspire. Excellent analytical and problem management skills.
