Job Description: Responsibilities Overview: This role will work with a Global Architect on designing automations that are intended to improve business processes. Will ensure an automations goals are met by executing an approved design, ensuring all systems in scope are configured to integrate successfully. Will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver Automations. More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following: 1. Solutions for Automating Business Processes * Participate in the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment of technology supporting business automations * Interact with customers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure customer success * Integrate business optimization processes and components with back-office systems using modern web tools and technologies * Work with technical teams and architects to finalize architectural specifications - and create solution and integration designs * Develop proofs of concept as needed during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies * Work with 3rd party entities on utilizing or developing integrations 1. Administration, support, and on-going improvement of Automation environment * Validate application code using unit tests, security tests, and profiling tools * Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments * Produce project documentation, including functional and technical designs, and end-user guides * Work closely with external development team on all aspects of development, testing and support * Own lifecycle of RPA application environment Knowledge & Experience Years of experience: 10+ years of experience in development, System Administration Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is desirable; work with JS frameworks is a bonus 2+ years of professional object-oriented development experience Experience with modern IDEs (VSCode, IntelliJ), version control (Git, SVN), Agile tools (JIRA) and DevOps is desirable Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, UIPath, etc.) a plus Experience in developing web service clients and providers for RESTful implementation Working knowledge of SQL and/or any RDBMS Experience developing and consuming APIs Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including PowerBI, PowerAutomate or Microsoft Forms a plus Proficiency with Apex, Java or C#; SOQL or SQL; and Lightning Web Components or web development is desirable Proficiency with data modeling Experience with supporting different software development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile Experience in handling multiple customers/domains Ability to work in cross functional/technology domains Kind Regards!
