I have two columns of data, miles covered and time taken, where the time taken is entered as: =TIME(hh,mm,ss) and formatted as custom (hh:mm:ss).
Both of these columns sum correctly (currently 258.22 miles & time of 12:28:55) BUT, dividing miles sum by time sum I get ~381, not the ~20 I'm expecting? How do I format the time column to get correct average speed please? -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel? And do you wanna be? It’s =TIME(2,DO:IT,N:OW) !
