Excellent communication and articulation skills required Troubleshooting if any issues with Data/Reports (Technical support to Users). Troubleshoot the production failures and provide fixes without breaching SLAs. Collaborate with the team and business partners to provide end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions. Participate in data analysis that can help identify potential data issues, incorporate adequate and necessary checks in code to detect these issues, participate in discussions with the solution leads to understand impact.
