12+ years of overall IT/Software Development experience

5+ Years of Salesforce, Tableau CRM, / MuleSoft experience with Salesforce
Sales, service, and Marketing Cloud experience.

Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly
desired

Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software

About the job: Salesforce Solution
Architect is senior Architect who carries extensive experience of Software
Development, Solution Architecture/Design with hands on level of experience with
Salesforce, Cloud computing  and Snowflake ecosystems. Solution Architect
will help Analytics & Reporting to solve technical problems for Roadmap and
Epic/Features. Architect will work very closely with Analytics Dev team,
stakeholders, Data Analysts, Enterprise/Solution Architects of AT&T apps to
solution for features.

Responsibilities:

Architect must be very
strong technical person with the depth of the experience of Salesforce, Tableau
CRM, ML/AI, and understanding/experience of Microservices architecture.

•            
Strong understanding and experience of Salesforce Sales and Services cloud and
understanding Mulesoft. 

•            
Ability to work closely with stakeholders, Analytics Dev team, stakeholders,
Data Analysts, Enterprise/Solution Architects of AT&T apps as needed to
develop technical solutions.

Ability to jump in quickly to understand the requirement and find out
dependencies and/or creating proof of concepts (POC)

•            
Experience in working on multiple initiatives.

•            
Extensive knowledge/experience in Machine Learning (ML) / Artificial
Intelligence (AI).

•            
Study Business Problem and recommend ML/AI solutions. 

•            
Ability to learn new tools / components to recommend/build new journeys and
metrics
