*About the job:* Salesforce Solution Architect is senior Architect who
carries extensive experience of Software Development, Solution
Architecture/Design with hands on level of experience with Salesforce,
Cloud computing and Snowflake ecosystems. Solution Architect will help
Analytics & Reporting to solve technical problems for Roadmap and
Epic/Features. Architect will work very closely with Analytics Dev team,
stakeholders, Data Analysts, Enterprise/Solution Architects of AT&T apps to
solution for features.
*Responsibilities:*
Architect must be very strong technical person with the depth of the
experience of Salesforce, Tableau CRM, ML/AI, and understanding/experience
of Microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding and experience of Salesforce Sales and
Services cloud and understanding Mulesoft.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders, Analytics Dev
team, stakeholders, Data Analysts, Enterprise/Solution Architects of AT&T
apps as needed to develop technical solutions.
• Ability to jump in quickly to understand the requirement and
find out dependencies and/or creating proof of concepts (POC)
• Experience in working on multiple initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge/experience in Machine Learning (ML) /
Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Study Business Problem and recommend ML/AI solutions.
• Ability to learn new tools / components to recommend/build
new journeys and metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document
and present ideas and complex technical solutions a clear manner to peers,
developers, and senior leaders
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
or related field
• 12+ years of overall IT/Software Development experience
• 6+ Years of Architecture / Design experience
• 5+ Years of Salesforce, Tableau CRM, / MuleSoft experience
with Salesforce Sales, service, and Marketing Cloud experience.
• Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom
industry highly desired
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or
experience in software development, Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, Data
Analytics, and working with multiple teams/systems to come up with
solutions/designs.
• Experience working within scaled agile development team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with
demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear
manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
• Technical skills should include: Salesforce Development
(Apex, Lightning), Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Mulesoft,
background of Data Analytics, and microservices architecture.
