* Having 3 plus years of experience on Workday Reporting experience in HR modules Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management and Payroll * Deep knowledge of Workday data sources and complex calculation fields * HR data analyst experience, including the ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements * Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy with highly confidential data * Understand complexities and nuances with reporting on different organizational hierarchies * Knowledge of OX or Solutions to perform code promotion(Migrations) * Advanced knowledge and experience on reducing performance time * Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications * Ability to determine customer specific needs and put forth actions to meet those needs. * Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements. * Ability to communicate in a clear and open manner through verbal, written, and non-verbal methods, to all levels of the organization.
