*Job Description:*



The candidate must have a strong Java developer background of at least 8+
years. The role requires involvement of all aspects of application
development, including interfacing with other Teach Leads to deliver on
Business Requirements.
The candidate must have Capital Markets Trading Technology experience of
working directly on trading projects either on the Wealth Management or
Investment banking capital markets business domain.
The candidate should also have an ability to lead other developers in the
team. Having effective communication skills is very important.
The candidate should have an aptitude to understand complex business
processes and be able interpret business requirements and produce
functional/technical specifications as well as the ability to create
software solutions across multi-tier environments.

*Qualifications*

·        8+ years of experience in Java (full stack) working on midsize to
large software development projects.

·        Expert level knowledge of core Java including:

·        Concurrency patterns

·        Streams processing

·        Performance tuning

·        Expert level knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot

·        Hands-on experience developing complex RESTful web services and
clients

·        Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) with Web Services, MoM,
ETL, ELT

·        Domain Engineering and Micro Services

·        Data transformation between JSON, XML, FIX, Copybook etc
