Level: 10 - 15 years* *Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote to start, need to be onsite in 2-3 months)* *We are looking for candidates who have worked with new technology stack and have experience in UI modernization projects.* *Responsibilities:* Under general supervision assist in defining, analyzing, and evaluating system requirements to solve business problems Advise and consult on the implementation of systems modifications; use business knowledge to develop systems documentation and support the system development life cycle from design through implementation Working closely with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders to make strategic product decisions. Working on multiple projects simultaneously Solving customer problems, identifying user types, and creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, UI patterns, and high-fidelity designs in a highly collaborative process with Product Managers and Developers.Identify, develop and map Level I, II, III processes maps Develop formal recommendations for presentation to management that may impact business policies Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs Being a liaison between the business unit, technology team, support team and project team Support test cycles particularly User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Design and document workflow and make recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness Review current business processes and identifies areas where the processes need improvement / optimizing Manage and deliver process optimization projects Drive and challenge stakeholders on their assumptions of how their processes can be improved Contribute and develop BSD’s Knowledge Management & Best Practice function Experience in development of project documentation, testing materials and execution, training materials, requirements gathering including downstream and upstream interface requirements and adhering to a project management methodology is a must *Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree required Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Creative Thinking, Learning Orientation, Planning and Organization, Problem Solving, Teamwork Must demonstrate experience with large-scale project implementations Develop a range of UX deliverables, including user scenarios, IA diagrams, wireframes, and high-resolution mockups. Background in UI/Front-End Development is a huge plus Participate and lead design reviews with a range of cross-team stakeholders Project management skills, including scope definition, deadlines and stakeholder management. Strong attention to detail and understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, style guides, and complex software models. Detail business analysis and design skills, business process mapping Strong PC and documentation skills, e.g. Excel, Visio, PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand technical concepts and approaches, and translate them into business terminology -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
