·         Project management experience with J2ee background

·         Have a good understanding on Agile principles.

·         Has to run team on Scrum / Scaled agile framework.

·         Have good understanding on Waterfall and Agile SDLC process.

·         Have exposure to migrating teams from Waterfall to Agile SDLC
process.

·         Have exposure to working with multi-vendor team that achieves
same deliverable goal.

·         Have understanding on Agile frameworks like Kanban/ Lean/ Scrum/
Spotify.

·         Have knowledge on tools like Version One (preferred) or CA Agile
or Jira.

·         Have good understanding on "Test driven development" in Agile.

·         Have good understand on Software testing life cycle.

·         Have project management skills including but not limited to
financial management and people management.

·         Communication should be excellent.

·         Should be able to enable client to achieve new positions and
opportunity in allocated area. Able to participate in Technical Discussion
and triaging non-prod and production issues.

·         Knowledge on Splunk, Dynatrace monitoring tools.
