We have an excellent job opportunity with one of our clients. *krit...@idctechnologies.com <krit...@idctechnologies.com>* *Role: Performance Engineer* *Location: Remote* * Location: Responsibilities & Qualifications:* - Design and implement “Performance Engineered” solutions in support of business and IT initiatives - Establish and maintain alignment of technical assets across domains (e.g., application, data, security, performance testing, performance management etc.) - BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field / equivalent experience - 7+ years of experience developing, tuning and implementing large scale, complex system architectures - Demonstrated professional competence in the principles and practices of system testing as they relate to: - Communications and relationships - Test planning and execution - Test management - Test analysis, status and reporting - Proven and hands on experience with the following: - Incorporating test objectives into the development lifecycle; includes determining whether requirements are met, effectiveness and efficiency, user needs versus system specifications and system attributes such as maintainability, ease of use and reliability - Development platforms (Java, J2EE, C++, C#, VB, SQL, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) - Prior working experience with noSQL (mongoDB, in particular) is a plus - Load generation /measurement tools (e.g. Performance Center, LoadRunner, JMeter) and methodologies - Performance testing of JVM-based application frameworks and application servers - Web service testing tools (e.g. soapUI, SOAtest, etc.) - Systems engineering and administration (testing infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration, etc.) - Leading and mentoring technical staff in the development and usage of technology architectures and solutions - Develop and maintain good customer working relationships.
