The role of the Senior Software Manager is to foster a team of innovative and highly performing software engineers in a rapidly growing, highly technical, and collaborative enterprise software environment. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and the drive and skill to help team members succeed technically and professionally. The Senior Software Manager is expected to own projects and deliverables and communicate proactively with business partners, the agile team and upper management. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Work in an Agile Scrum environment, focusing on sustainable development of high performance scalable, and maintainable enterprise solutions. • Collaborate with the team to facilitate design discussions around architecture and business requirements with Architects, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
