*Role: Site Reliability Engineer*

*Location: Ann Arbor, MI*

Minimum 12+ Years’ experience is required.

   - A strong *mix of Software Engineer* and *Operation Support* skills.
   - Experience in performance diagnostics, capacity planning, performance
   tuning, and performance monitoring.
   - 2-3 years working knowledge of Linux operating systems and their
   underlying components, system statistics, *performance tuning*, *file
   systems and IO*, *solid scripting skills in Perl and shell*.
   - Determine the availability, scalability, security and performance of
   the healthcare application platforms using 3rd party toolsets such as *New
   Relic and DynaTrace.*
   - Candidates should also have a good working knowledge of
*Automation-Selenium,
   New Relic, and API implementations*.
   - It’s not the creation of API’s, but the integration of our code with
   outgoing connections to other application APIs.
   - 2-3 years Working knowledge of networking, packet tracing,
   understanding latency and throughput.
   - 2-3 years of experience with production documentation, monitoring, and
   capacity planning for Enterprise class applications.
   - The candidate for this position really needs to be centered around
   monitoring and have a knowledge of several programming languages to
   accomplish tasks for the Customer Experience Team.
