WA Duration: Long term Contract*

*10+ Years of Experience is mandatory*

Senior QA Analyst who manages testing execution for a product without much
guidance. This role will have communication and escalation responsibilities
of their product or area and will work under the direction of the QA
Manager.


*Responsibilities:*

   - Test POC for a product area and/or hi-priority projects
   - Proactively identifies and implements test process and practices
   - Defines, manages and meets project schedules; prioritizes and works
   multiple tasks across projects
   - Works effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
   - Mentors other QA analysts or may lead them on a project Communicate
   plan / updates / status of product effectively to all stakeholders
   - Understand and Execute test strategy across core Facebook products and
   platforms.
   - Design and execute test cases for measurements and insights that
   enable great E2E experiences across the FB Family of Apps
   - Drive the quality for a product/feature, assess risks to and ensure
   shipping features with a high-quality bar.
   - Contributes to quality assurance efforts that aligns with product
   objectives and develop scalable solutions.
   - Be creative in testing across multiple platforms and contribute ideas
   to improve quality.
   - Implement and evolve QA processes to get effective test signal and
   scale testing efforts across multiple product functions.
   - Understands/define quality metrics and implement measurements to
   determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall
   quality of the Product.
   - Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to use test
   environments. Works effectively with stakeholders to root cause and solve
   issues
   - Understand compliance requirements and execute test cases for
   compliance.
   - Understand performance requirements and execute performance
   benchmarking.
   - Provide performance analysis via testing and escalate actionable
   insights to product teams when require


*Minimum Qualification:*
•             Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

•             3+ years of quality assurance and test engineering experience.

•             Experience in testing Web and mobile application utilizing
front end web technologies such as React / React Native

•             Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.

•             Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and
execution, performance and stress testing, implementing and maintaining
quality test automation of both client and server systems.

•             Communication, analytical and problem-solving experience.

•             Knowledge of/experience with industry standard test
automation tools & automation frameworks.

•             Excellent communication skills

•             Experience in testing web and mobile application in
multi-browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), multi-OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS,
iOS, Android)

•             Experience API testing


*Preferred Qualification:*

•             Experience in Smoke, Regression, Exploratory, Accessibility,
New feature testing

•             Experience in Non-functional testing, Performance
benchmarking, Compliance verification testing

•             Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage
and effectiveness.

•             Experience communicating with technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
