*Position: Java Spring boot Technical Lead*

*Work Location: Alpharetta, GA*

*Project Duration: Contract Role.*



*Job Description:*



   - 10 years of experience with a Degree in Computer Science and/or
   equivalent technical education and experience.
   - Expertise with Java/J2EE experience including frameworks such as
   Spring REST, Spring Batch.
   - Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, NoSQL, caching and message
   queue technologies.
   - Good working knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and
   integrations with Spring DAO/REST/JPA.
   - Integration experience consuming REST Services and developing REST
   Clients with third-party REST & SOAP Services with JSON/XML.
   - Understanding of securing APIs with JWT/OAuth2/OpenID & Spring
   Security is a plus.
   - Ability to manage Docker containers and exposure to Jenkins & CI/CD is
   a plus.
   - Ability to understand business plans and apply that information into
   the scalable development models.
   - Ability to guide, train, mentor associate engineers & collaborate with
   UI developers using agile practices.



*Other Responsibilities:*

   - Coordinate with client’s stakeholders, HCL Dev team and Management to
   ensure seamless delivery.
   - Ensure all the required Software and Hardware requirements are in
   place and periodically updated.
   - Plan and delegate work to team and ensure team productivity.
   - Creating end goals for the team.
   - Help to validate design and review requirements and the product
   backlog.
   - Facilitate creation of Technical design documents.
   - Review deliverables produced by team members.
   - Guiding team through technical issues and challenges, mentor and train
   associate engineers .
   - Prepare and publish weekly reports to Management, highlighting the
   progress, project risks Issues and mitigation.
