*Role : Senior Salesforce Consultant*

*Location: Remote and RTP, NC post COVID*

Onsite Sr Salesforce Consultant at lead capacity.

   - 7 years of working experience in various Salesforce clouds including
   but not limited to Sales, Service and Community.
   - Experience of integrating with Genesys and other call center
   technologies with Salesforce.
   - Knowledge of virtual assistants and Amazon Lex integrations with
   Salesforce.
   - 7 years of experience in developing Apex, Visualforce, Web Services,
   Flows, Lightning Process Builder.
   - 1-2 years of experience working in Lightning Framework and Salesforce
   Service Cloud.
   - 4-5 years of experience working in REST API and building integration
   from/to Salesforce.
   - Experience working with Salesforce API and integrating third-party
   components into Salesforce.
   - Experience with salesforce.com release and change management solutions.
   - Self-motivated; works independently.
   - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to handle
   diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities.
   - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills,
   especially in representing their technical expertise to a diverse audience.
   - Provide on-going development, integration, and administrative support
   to quickly fix production issues with Salesforce.com and provide on-going
   maintenance/ enhancements.
   - Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines with the
   ability to multi-task.
   - Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business
   solutions on the Force.com platform.
   - Participate in technical discussions.
   - Partner with business representatives and business analysts to
   understand their needs.
   - Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
   - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
