Required Skills

Web design, A/B testing, invision, JS, CSS/HTML5

Detailed JD:

• Minimum 5 years of user experience design.
• B.S. in HCI, Interaction Design, Human Factors or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with Design Thinking, Lean UX, or user centered
design methodologies
• Experience with conducting user experience research, A/B testing, ability
to work from low fidelity to high fidelity.
• Knowledge and efficiency with UI design and prototyping tools such as
Axure RP, Invision, Sketch and Adobe CC.
• Experience working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap & Other UI
tools & technologies.
• Must have good experience working with Responsive & Mobile Applications
development.
• Experience working with established brand guidelines, style guides, and
code-based design systems.
• Experience working with a code based design system (front-end development
experience is a plus) to work closely to implement designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-disciplinary teams, as well
as ability to work independently.
• Experience with storyboarding, customer journey mapping or service design.
• Experience with interaction design principles and tools (wireframes,
personas, mental models, etc.)
• Solid understanding of usability and heuristics.
• Expert at properly leveraging responsive and adaptive designed UI’s
effectively.
• Possess a solid grasp of web design best-practices, principles, and
current web and mobile technologies
• Understanding of an agile/scrum development process.
• Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication
skills
