Role – Release PM
Location: Princeton, NJ
Exp Level- 10 Years+
1. Responsible for implementing and managing release processes for code
through development, test, and production environments.
2. Works in collaboration with all participants in software development
projects and is supportive of developers and testers.
3. Building the IT Release Calendar in working closely with the IT
release managers from different portfolios.
4. Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio
5. Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule
and quality
6. Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are
delivered on time and within budget
7. Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request
backlog, pending service requests
8. Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including
requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
9. Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business
Go/No-Go reviews
10. Weekly Release Reporting
11. Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities
12. Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure
alignment across key partners and vendors.
13. Coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the
deployment Plans and checklists.
