Excellent communication skill is required. *Skills:* · 5+ years with application development in JAVA, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript, Design patterns, html, jDeveloper or equivalent IDE and WebLogic or equivalent application server. · 5+ years development with struts, spring, hibernate, and JPA · 5+ years with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL writing and tuning. · 5+ years with translating functional requirement and data model to technical design and implementation. · 2+ years with web service development and XML file handing. · 2+ years with scheduling automated scripts and creating cross system interfaces. · 2+ years of functional knowledge and experience working with financial and human resource business processes.
