*M*icrosoft SQL Server, T-SQL Programming, Query Performance tuning



*Experience : *

9+ years business experience in ETL Development with T-SQL programming is
preferred.

Familiarity with health benefits, healthcare provider billing, medical
coding or similar industry related to healthcare data management is a plus

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Should be good at writing stored procedures, complex queries, functions
using T-SQL programming

Should be good at loading various flat files (.CSV,.TXT,.XLS….) using BCP,
BULKINSERT..

Should be good at query performance tuning

Good to have health care domain knowledge (on post processed claims data)



*Roles and Responsibilities *

Analyze inbound customer data to determine the optimal methods for
incorporation into the Benefitfocus data warehouse

Create, test, implement, and maintain SQL Server Stored Procedures for
integration of customer data

Optimize database objects for performance and accuracy with indexes and SQL
best practices

Validate the integrity and completeness of data using current Benefitfocus
standards

Communicate data issues and potential resolutions to non-technical
stakeholders and management

Track and document all development using agile development tools and
Salesforce

Collaborate with cross-functional team on process improvement and
standardization
