Support selected VSEM workstreams/projects, with responsibility for delivery and technical leadership utilizing VSEM Teamcenter toolset. Each VSEM workstream will deliver specific business solutions through appropriate implementation of VSEM Teamcenter toolset and integration with other PD tools. Provide analytic support for workstream decisions related to content prioritization, implementation strategies, design options, and feasibility. Develop a strong knowledge of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM tools, with an emphasis on providing hands-on expertise to identify and validate solution alternatives. Experience supporting or interacting with embedded software engineers and tools/processes that support them will be of importance. Works closely with Product Owners to establish to product strategy whilst ensuring development teams understand this strategy. Acts as champion and technical and functional subject matter expert on product. Establishes and clearly communicates product vision to team members and stakeholders. Champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices and techniques; Facilitates Agile ceremonies. Initiates/translate the product road map into manageable product features in the backlog. Identifies risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of Risks. Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for the next two iterations Performs investigations, feasibility, bench-marking and analytical studies for Teamcenter implementation alternatives Supports the program team, strategic supplier partners, and product supplier in the development of technical design. *Experience Required:* *Technically proficient: .*10+ years of experience as Product Manager, Software Delivery Manager, Program Manager or Business Relationship Manager .Must be able to quickly get up-to-speed on Electronic HW and SW development processes and tools (Teamcenter and Active Workspace) .Ability to clearly communicate and document technical requirements in a standardized way that is well understood by vendors, business partners, and IT delivery partners .Large program experience with diverse teams and multiple technologies .Experience with customer facing projects and ability to work with customers to optimize processes and workflows. .Excellent understanding of software customization and development processes. .Experience in design thinking principles .Strong skills to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines. .Ability to work under pressure.
