*Job Responsibilities*

-          Establish and maintain a competent Continuous
Integration/Delivery process for the project and ensure that development
teams follow it.

-          Plan release windows and the overall release lifecycle in
coordination with project teams (analyst, development, quality assurance).

-          Overseeing the Salesforce Platform DevOps Service in areas of
code management, environment strategy and integrations.

-          Responsible for development of the Configuration Management
systems including the design, implementation and management of new/improved
systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

-          Responsible for development and maintenance of a Configuration
Management Database (CMDB); creation of Configuration Item (CI) records for
all service elements; estimating and planning the work and resources
involved; monitoring and reporting on progress against plan.

-          Manage risks that may disrupt/harm the platform (productive and
non-productive).

-          Communicate all key deployment plans and changes including
requirements.

-          Measure and monitor progress of deployments (productive and
non-productive environments).

-          Approve or reject deployment packages that might disrupt/harm
the platform (productive and non-productive).

-          Develop best practices and ensure all development teams follow
as needed.

-          Ensure QA teams are aware of deployments that might impact their
activities.

-          Coordinate Branching and Merging strategies with development and
QA teams

-          Drive release process improvement initiatives.

-          Ensures that the deployed code works in line with the
expectations of stakeholders.

-          Manage risks and resolves issues that affect schedule or release
scope

-          Should have experience in Cloud Operations and DevOps Engineer
(Salesforce CLI, AWS, Linux, AutoRABIT, Gearset, Jenkins, Git, ANT, SFDX,
Flosum and COPADO)

*Required Skills & Experience*

-          5+ years’ experience in Release/Deployment process within a
consulting environment.

-          Experience in both admin and development implementation.

-          Lead team of internal and external specialist involved in the
releases/project streams.

-          Experience managing multiple client projects at one time
(including but not limited to implementations, upgrades, and new
installations).

-          Experience within a large, global organization would be
advantageous.

-          Strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and delivery
process.

-          Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end deployment
experience

-          Experience in Implementation of Various Tools for Code Reviews,
Version Control and Deployment.

-          Excellent team management and stakeholder management skills to
deliver solution services in a critical to business operational environment

-          Strong time management skills as you’ll have multiple priorities
to focus on in a week that often change based on client demands.

-          Strong business and technical acumen.

-          Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and
relationship management skills.

-          Agile application development experience

-          Strong aptitude for prioritization and multitasking in a
deadline-driven environment

*Certifications/Qualifications*

-          Bachelor’s degree is preferred; MBA or other advanced degree is
a plus.

-          PMP or equivalent

-          Certified Salesforce Administrator (Preferred)

-          Copado Certified Administrator (Preferred)

-          Flosum Certified Professional (Preferred)
