*Job Title: System Administrator With ITAM/ITSM exp Location: Thousand
Oaks, CA Duration: 6+ Months Primary Responsibilities : *

   - Document business, functional, data requirements for IT Asset
   Management
   - Establish a methodology to build solid reconciliation process around
   technology assets and reporting.
   - Define Key Business Elements for Metrics/KPIs/and Dashboards.
   - Build functional specifications for automating manual processes
   through discovery and engagement with key ITAM stakeholders.
   - Study and analyze business functions and process requirements
   - Proactively reviewing inventory status of IT hardware and performing
   reconciliation analysis of IT asset records within our ServiceNow
   environment
   - Identifying opportunities on how to better manage and reconcile
   inventory and related reporting
   - Promoting ITAM best practices and consistent process execution across
   the team. This includes maintaining ITAM work instructions and standard
   operating procedures documents
   - Refining configuration management to streamline new laptop deployments
   - Defining audit and asset record reconciliation procedures for
   recurring data integrity refresh
   - Researching new and innovative solutions and promoting process
   improvement
   - Identifying and pursuing process improvement, automation, and
   application integration opportunities
   - Learning from and educating your fellow team members Technical



*Functional and Team Skills : *

   - Desire to grow experience administering Enterprise Asset Management,
   ERP, ITSM, and/or CMDB frameworks
   - Familiarity with IT asset discovery or device management solutions
   - Working knowledge of Service Now
   - You ensure that decisions are made with the best interest of the
   Indeed user at mind with consideration to budget management
   - Ability to handle confidential information and material with the
   highest degree of professional responsibility
   - Comfortable talking about technical matters with business people and
   business matters with technical people
   - Approach your work with a can-do mentality. You do not accept the
   status-quo, you aim to keep evolving it
   - Approach your work with a questioning attitude, willing to ask why we
   do something, not just execute
   - Are proactive, self-directed, motivated, detailed and organized in all
   areas
   - Ability to lead workshops with senior level participants
   - Excellent written and spoken English skills
   - Analytical bent of mind, good ability to listen and communicate and
   effectively articulate
   - Demonstrated ability in advanced system analysis and problem solving
   - Ability to develop and present data analysis results in a meaningful
   way for business senior managers and executives to easily comprehend
   quickly as part of the decision making process
   - Recommends business process changes



*Self-motivated Requirements: *

   - Undergraduate degree in a systems and operations, banking, or
   technical field or equivalent professional work history
   - 2+ years of experience in a technical role
   - You have an interest in learning and taking on increasingly complex
   tasks
   - Ability to work individually and within a team
   - Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions
   - Strong organizational and managerial skills and detail-oriented work
   ethic
   - Willingness to work flexible / odd hours at times, based on needs
   - Fluent speaking and writing in English language.
