solution, high level design and effort estimation
Extensive experience in developing SFDC backend logic using APEX, Process
Builders, Workflows etc.
Optimize code best platform performance
Firm understanding of Object Oriented coding standards, Design Patterns,
and similar best practices.
Firm understanding of Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, and
best-practices for limit-informed development.
Ability to code to avoid recursion.
Recommend what best architecture component is suitable to implement a
change which is performance effective code
Fluent in implementing Synchronous and Asynchronous design patterns when
applicable
Own the task and provide best solution to the problem in hand
Troubleshoot CPU Time limit issues and provide recommendations
Ability to understand the functionality from Code and reverse engineer the
code for performance without impacting functionality
Hand-on in SFDC coding and ability to work with minimal supervision
Development and Deployment of custom apps, reports, dashboards, workflows
within Salesforce
Exposure to Standard/Custom object creation, validation rules, etc is
required
Exposure to Web Services SOAP or REST APIs, Single Sign-On / Identity
Management, is desirable
Experience with interacting with external systems via Salesforce callouts.
Fluent in Apex. Extensive experience developing custom Apex Classes and
Apex Triggers.
Expert in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SoQL and SoSL). Must be
able to speak to limitations of languages and differences between SoQL and
SQL
