Job Summary:

·         The SAP FICO Manager (FI/SD) will be managing the SAP FI team and
ensuring the successful delivery of FICO solutions that meet the Business
requirements

·         The ideal candidate will provide SAP subject matter expertise and
be responsible for Business requirements gathering, project preparation,
realization, and support of delivered solutions

·         The position also calls for expertise in SAP SD/MM areas relevant
to FICO especially Payment Cards, Billing.



Responsibilities:

·         Manage the FICO team, guiding and leading the team in projects
and support activities as well as support the documentations (requirements,
functional specifications, configuration, test plans, training manuals)

·         Build SAP FICO solutions and guide the business users in the
areas of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Bank
Accounting, Procurement, and major areas of Controlling including Cost
Center Accounting, Internal Order, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability
analysis, and Integration areas between SD/MM & FICO, specifically Payment
Cards and Billing

·         Work closely with the Business in understanding the current
challenges and convert these into SAP solutions and suggest
recommendations/best practices as needed

·         Work closely with cross domain IT teams and business partners to
develop, test, install and/or modify various initiatives as required by the
organization

·         Understand the impact of new processes/solutions on existing
processes and adapt accordingly

·         Develop and facilitateblueprint workshops on multiple process
areas and demonstrate strong integration design experience between SAP and
non-SAP applications

·         Provide project and support assistance for the organization



Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required: IT / Accounting /
Finance / CPA or equivalent preferred

·         10+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules with good
knowledge of SAP Order-To-Cash, Procure-To-Pay, Billing-To-Collection, and
Record-To-Report processes; tax applications like Vertex

·         Excellent interpersonal, business, and management skills

·         Managed and led an SAP team in various capacities in the recent
past including a full-life cycle implementation of an SAP project from a
FICO perspective

·         In-depth understanding as well as experience configuring every
aspect of SAP FICO includingNew G/L, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting,
Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders and
Profitability Analysis

·         Well versed with Payment Cards, Billing Plans, Billing/Invoicing
in SAP, and SAP Fiori

·         Excellent knowledge of integration of FICO with SAP modules like
MM, IM, and SDas well as other non-SAP applications

·         Operational experience in the areas of financial planning and
forecasting, and work closely with IT and business on reporting and data
science

·         Well versed with latest interfacing technologies and newer
products/technologies

·         Working knowledge of ABAP and debugging skills are a definite plus

·         Familiarity with Agile Methodology, MSOffice, eCommerce, PPM
toolsare a nice to have
