This role requires experience of successfully delivering CRM projects in
large corporate environments and requires someone who have hands on
development experience and understands how business works and how CRM
solutions can support the business



*QUALIFICATIONS:*



•2-6+years of experience in complex product development, support or
consulting roles

•Minimum 1+ Years of experience in developing BUI extensions using BUI
Extensibility Framework

•Have strong experience in Integrating CRM solution with third party
apps(Inbound/Outbound)

•Own development responsibility from definition through delivery

•Experience in below Oracle Service Cloud areas:-



*Technical Skills:*



All of the above and strong coding skills in one of the areas such as .Net,
PHP, Java and Bootstrap Technologies. People familiar with Angular JS will
be preferred. Having experience in the following will be preferred:

•BUI Extensibility Framework/ Add-ins (.Net for Classic/advanced Agent
Console, Java script for BUI)

•Custom Script and Custom Processes (Event Handlers)

•Customer Portal Development

•Experience integrating with REST APIs.



*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*



•Strong, independent thinker with an ability to build credible
relationships within customer environments

•Hands on experience in preparing Design, Technical Specifications, Test
Plan, Change Management and User Guide documents

•Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders

•Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

•Genuine passion, interest, willingness and ability to adjust to
continuously changing priorities and needs
