Position : GIS Developer with ArcGIS and ESRI

Location : Walnut Creek , CA

Duration : 18 Months

Visa: Any visa is okay other than OPT

 

*Job Description:*

   - 8 years’ work experience with GIS software and application development 
   - Must Have 5 years’ experience with a programming language (Python) 
   - Experience using Esri ArcGIS platform software with an emphasis in 
   ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) 
   - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field 
   - A total of 8 -12 years of experience in ESRI GIS based application 
   development experience 
   - Very strong in Python programming with latest Arcpy framework 
   - 3 - 5 years of on ESRI ArcMap is must 
   - Experience to support ArcGIS backend 
   - Knowledge of PostgreSQL and PostGIS 
   - Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS). 
   - Preferred Skills (Pls. Detail As Much As Possible) 
   - Previous work with utilities is an added advantage. 
   - Team player and good communication skill and ability to meet deadlines 
   and deliverables. 
   - Good understanding of ESRIs ToolBox 
   - Knowledge of ESRI Address standardization, Geocoding and Locator 
   Elastic Stack

   - Overall technical support lead and providing functional guidance. 
   - Lead and mentor other resources to provide solution 
   - Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolution of web application
